The 180-degree test

Most travel organizers unzip about halfway before the sides start folding back on themselves, which is how a lipstick ends up wedged behind a bottle you can't see. A 180-degree, lay-flat organizer unzips into one continuous flat surface, so every pouch and pocket is visible at once.
