Because every purchase happens with our retail partner, returns and exchanges follow their own return policy for that specific listing.

Start a return from your orders page with the retailer. We can't process a return here, but we can point you to the right listing if you've lost track of which set you bought.

A tip from the drawer: keep the gift box the personalized set arrives in until you're sure it's a keeper -- returns go smoother in the original packaging.

Nothing about a return touches this site -- refunds, labels, and timelines all run on the retailer's side, start to finish.
