Every order is packed and shipped directly by our retail partner or the seller behind the listing you buy from -- BOYATU Catalog never touches a box.

Delivery windows, shipping costs, and carrier choice are all set at checkout with our retail partner, the same as any other order placed there.

Shipping speed doesn't vary by which of our four lines you pick -- a leopard set and a leather crossbody travel the same roads once the order is in.

If a parcel stalls, the partner's order page is where the tracking lives; we have no window into it from here, and no way to nudge a carrier.
